After a few weeks of spending time outdoors camping with the family, I have come home this last week with my mind made up to do a 30 day raw food cleanse. Today is day one and so far, so good!
Aside from eating only un-cooked vegan foods, I am also staying strict to my food sensitivity test results.
Today’s food journal:
Breakfast- banana, blueberries and hemp seeds
Lunch- kale chips, kombucha and 8 nori sheets
Dinner- 5 nori sheets, carrots and tomatoes
between meals I drank 1-2 quarts of water.
